First, unzip your bike case and fully unfold it. Make sure you have all the tools you will need to lower your seat-post and remove your pedals, handlebar, and rear derailleur. STEP 2 Installation brackets. Bracket No. 1 - rear – (long) is designed to t on the dropouts on the rear stays of the bicycle. Bracket No. 2 - front – (small) is designed to t on the front forks of the bicycle. Install the xing brackets for the axle dropouts into the cut-out design on the base frame using the mounting handle-nuts. Do not tighten handle-nuts fully. At this stage, the dropout brackets should move freely within the cut-out. STEP 3 Installation of adapters. Screw on the axle bracket adapters that t your bicycle (coupling and centre-to-centre dimensions of front fork end and rear stays). STEP 4 Installation of brackets according to wheelbase size. Measure the distance between the centres of the axes of the rear dropouts and the front forks (the wheelbase). Install the brackets in the cut-outs, to the width of the wheel base, ensuring that the brackets are equidistant from the ends of the cut-outs. Secure the brackets with handle-nut (do not tighten until completion, to allow for adjustment at Step 6). WB WB STEP 5 Removing the wheels and pedals. Remove the pedals and wheels. Remove cams from axes of the wheels. STEP 6 Setting the frame of the bicycle onto the stand. In the case of vertical rear dropouts: Install the frame into the stand as follows: - install the front fork into the adapters of the front bracket. - holding and lowering the frame, position the rear bracket into the cut-out just beneath the rear dropouts. - place the rear stays into the adapters of the rear bracket (the chain must be positioned around the axis of the bracket). - rmly secure the back bracket handle-nut. - install cams into the mounting slots of the adapters. - lock the cams tight. In the case of horizontal rear dropouts we recommend that you reverse the installation sequence of the frame: Rear stays → Fork STEP 7 Dismantling and protection of the rear derailleur and chain. Unscrew the rear bolt of the selector. Remove the rear derailleur. Fit the cover protecting the chain. Attach the selector and chain protector support to the rear stay of the bicycle (provides complete cover and protection for the chain). Or Wrap the chain and the selector in polyethylene foam. Secure the chain and selector with clips to the bicycle stays (Foam and clamps not included). STEP 8 Dismantling of the handlebar. Dismantling of the handlebar. Road and Triathlon bicycle: MTB bike: Afx the handlebar protection carrier to the bicycle frame. Remove the handlebars together with the stem. Note the current height of the saddle. Lower the saddle. Note the current height of the saddle. Lower the saddle. Remove the handlebars together with the stem. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar carrier using Slip on the MTB handlebar cover. Velcro straps. Secure the cover containing the handlebars to the fork using Velcro straps. STEP 9 Packing the wheels and attachments. Release pressure in the wheels. Place wheels in the wheel pockets. Fasten pockets. Use the internal pocket for other articles. It is possible to pack cycling shoes. STEP 10 Fixing the side-walls of the bag to the frame of the bicycle . Slip on the saddle protective cover (in the case of a complete set of accessories). Tighten the inner straps to the required frame size. Secure straps around the frame and saddle. (On the frame - at the point of the handlebar stem. On the seat - the cover has special loops for the straps). Fasten straps. STEP 11 Fasten the bag using the zipper. Do not forget the baggage tag where you can detail your contact information. In the case of a lost item it will be found sooner. Combination lock with TSA function will help to keep your bicycle and belongings safe. You are now ready to go. Enjoy your journey.
