P/131/R93/M85 ACIP LAUNCH DELAYS : P / S : 3 CRYO TANK - 1H00M delay during T-3 hour hold due to late ET Christa McAulliffe SETS tanking start caused by a GSE H2 fire alarm detector (Civilian Teacher) problem in LH2 ground storage tank. P132/R94/F9 RMS 18 (S.N. 302) - 1H00M additional delay after ice team inspection of ice formed by leaking H20 hoses. The decision was made to allow additional time for ice on pad to melt. - 2H00M launch delay total.
