I would like to thank all the members of the Buffalo I Police Department who gave so unselfishly of themselves in holding the line against any substantial increase in crime during the past year. Although 'Calls for service' I increased substantially in the past year, the Department was still able to provide optimum service to the public despite experiencing drastic reductions in personnel.
