Family and friends joined Ambassadors. An Ambassador would visit patients, talk to them, Irene at her birthday party. .... Irene had a full life. She is of Canadian descent, born read to them, and help in making them feel more comfortable. We in Manchester, New Hampshire. She moved to Port Washington when she was 19 also need volunteers in our other departments such as gift shop, years old, got a job in A&P and worked there until retirement. Ms. Bolender Week of August 18, 2016 Gold Coast Gazette Page 3 Glen Cove’s Single Stream Recycling Celebrates First Anniversary Mayor Spinello Credits Residents and Sanitation Team for 32% Increase Since the launch of Single Stream Recycling in August of last year, the City of Glen Cove has seen an increase of over 32% in recycled goods and a decrease in the tonnage of the City’s Municipal Solid Waste. “Thanks to the enthusiasm of our residents and the commitment from our Sanitation team, the City has saved over $120,000 by keeping items out of the waste stream and contributing them to our recycling program,” said Mayor Spinello. “Our success can be attributed to the outstanding program adoption by our community, the personalized service and outreach provided by the Glen Cove recycling and sanitation team and a successful public education and marketing program that promoted the convenience of our ‘All In.
