Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) has been appointed as the Nodal Agency to facilitate the development of these projects. Various inputs for the UMPPs are tied up by the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with assistance of Ministry of Power & Central Electricity Authority (CEA).
