It is available as an eBook in the My Documents section of your NOOK Library. It is also available for download from the support section of the NOOK website in PDF format: www.nook.com/support If you want a printed copy of the User Guide, you can print the PDF on your own printer from Adobe Acrobat Reader. Quick Start Guide The Quick Start Guide covers the basics needed to get you started. It is printed and in the package with your NOOK, as well as at the above website. Tour Get the most out of your NOOK. The nook Tour takes you on a tour of your NOOK’s key features. We highly recommend that you take the tour during the welcome process when you first turn on your NOOK. The nook Tour is also in the My Documents section of your Library and at the above website. nook User Guide 2 Using this Guide To find specific information in this guide, you can use the table of contents or search the guide. In the EPUB version, tap Go to > Chapter on the touchscreen to go to a chapter. To search the User Guide for a specific word or phrase, tap Find, type the word or phrase, and then tap Submit. The User Guide on your NOOK is an eBook, so you can try out NOOK features like bookmarks and notes using the User Guide. Conventions Following are conventions used in the User Guide: This is a caution. Cautions contain important information, for example about safety and the loss of data. This is a note. Notes contain helpful information that we highlight to draw your attention to it. Menu choices on the touchscreen are shown in gray type, with greater than signs indicating successive choices.
