ASX RELEASE 2 February 2016 Lisa Paul appointed to Navitas Board Global education services provider Navitas Limited (ASX: NVT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Paul AO PSM FAICD FACEL FAIM FIPAA as a Non-Executive Director. Ms Paul has held a number of senior operational roles in the Australian Public Service, most recently as Secretary (Chief Executive) for the Department of Education and Training. The Department administers the Australian Government’s interests in early learning, school education, youth affairs, higher education, vocational education and training, international education and academic research. Ms Paul has also held senior roles in the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (AUS), the Department of Education, Science and Training (AUS), the Department of Family and Community Services and the Health Insurance Commission. Ms Paul is also a professional Non-Executive Director with extensive board and executive experience gained across a variety of sectors, including education, employment and workplace relations. Ms Paul is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Australian Schools Plus Board, Social Ventures Australia and the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth. Ms Paul is also a member of the Advisory Board’s for the Centre for Strategy and Governance, the Australian National University Crawford School of Public Policy, the National Security College, the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth and the Strategic Centre for Leadership, Learning and Development.
