Yan is chief executive officer of PT Pos Logistics Indonesia, the logistics arm of Indonesia’s PT Pos Indonesia, the SOE that handles postal services in the country. As one of the oldest firms in the country – with its roots stretching back to the Dutch colonial era – Pos Indonesia has been struggling to keep up with the Internet era, in which few people send ‘snailmail’ letters.
