Full Time Members decision dated 07/10/2013 ORDER Representations have been received for the formation of Sub Engineer offices at Edappatta, Karimkunnam and Kenichira under Electrical Circles, Manjeri, Thodupuzha and Kalpetta respectively. Chief Engineers of Distribution North & Central and Deputy Chief Enigneer, Kalpetta have forwarded proposals for formation of the above Sub Engineer offices under Electrical Sections, Melattur, Purapuzha and Meenangadi respectively. Kenichira under Electrical Section, Meenangadi under Electrical Circle, Kalpetta The offices shall be accommodated in rent free buildings offered by the local self govt. institutions or other non-governmental organizations. 2. To deploy staff as per Table-A from Parent Section. 3. To provide one FCT phone to each of the offices as per the existing rules. 4.
