Support will provide customers with reasonable assistance to troubleshoot and resolve the reported problem. Resolutions to product issues may take the form of hotfixes, upgrades or acceptable workarounds. **Extended Support – During Extended Support, cases are accepted for a product version from customers who have purchased Extended Support for that product version. Existing fixes are available; enhancements / defect corrections are not provided for that version. ***Retired Product Version – cases are no longer accepted for a Retired Product version About this document • The End of Support dates listed for the current release of a product are not intended to communicate any plans to retire that product.
