A supplementary planning document will be produced, based on the findings of the study, setting out the required mitigation for each European site. In advance of these surveys we will apply buffer zones (through Policy 23), as set out below, within these the Council would not accept development, without appropriate mitigation, if likely to generate recreational activity that would have adverse impact on the integrity of the site.
