Nature of the Application An application has been filed with the EUB by the Town of Canmore (the Town) for approval to enter into a 20-year water supply agreement (the Agreement) with the Municipal District of Big Horn (the MD). The Agreement will provide the commercial area of the Hamlet of Harvie Heights with access to water from the Town’s distribution system after construction of a water supply system. The Agreement would also allow for a possible future supply of water to the residential area of the Hamlet of Harvie Heights.
