Tuesday, November 16 Dartmouth at New Hampshire, 7 pm Returning all five starters and coming off the most successful season in Ivy League history, Princeton lead Fairleigh Dickinson at Columbia, 7 pm the charge for the Ancient Eight this season. The Tigers went 26-2 in the regular season and a perfect 14-0 in Ivy play a year ago, the former resulting in the best regular-season record in Ivy history and the latter oc- Wednesday, November 17 curring for the first time since 2002-03. Princeton begins the 2010-11 season as the lone Ivy school receiving Brown at Central Connecticut State, 7 pm votes in the preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, also marking the first time an Ivy team has been Yale at Boston University, 7 pm listed in that particular preseason poll (Harvard earned votes in the 2002-03 preseason AP Poll). Thursday, November 18 Key to Princeton’s repeat success in 2010-11 will be the 10 returning letterwinners, including all five starters Princeton at Rutgers, 7:30 pm in sophomore forward Niveen Rasheed, junior guard Lauren Edwards, junior center Devona Allgood, se- nior guard Addie Micir and sophomore guard Lauren Polansky. Rasheed, the Ivy Rookie of the Year, was also a first team All-Ivy selection along with Edwards while Allgood and Micir earned second team honors. Friday, November 19 Penn at Drexel, Noon The team most likely to give Princeton a run at the Ivy title is Harvard (20-9, 11-3 Ivy in 2009-10). Saturday, November 20 Dartmouth (11-17, 6-8 Ivy) welcomes back 2009-10 first team All-Ivy selection Brittney Smith and All-Rookie 2 - Dartmouth vs. Marist, 1 pm selection Faziah Steen among its nine returning letterwinners. The backcourt duo of sophomore Megan Columbia at St. John’s, 2 pm Vasquez and senior Yoyo Greenfield headline the seven returning letterwinners for Yale (13-15, 8-6 Ivy). Brown at New Hampshire, 4 pm Delaware at Yale, 7 pm Following the departure of all-everything Judie Lomax, Columbia (18-10, 9-5 Ivy) will look for others to step 1 - Harvard at Navy, 8:30 pm up and fill the void left by their leading scorer and rebounder. Junior guard Kathleen Barry will be one of the keys to that transition after earning All-Ivy honorable mention honors in 2009-10. Sunday, November 21 Princeton at Lehigh, 2 pm Brown (8-20, 5-9 Ivy) returns its top scorer in the form of junior guard Hannah Passafuime. Featuring no seniors in 2010-11, the Bears will look to its underclassmen to step up into key roles. Another team with just Monday, November 22 one senior, and one junior, is Cornell (7-20, 2-12 Ivy). The Big Red roster features four sophomores and six Winston-Salem at Cornell, 7 pm freshmen, including 2009-10 All-Rookie selection Clare Fitzpatrick. KEY: Penn (2-26, 1-13 Ivy) second-year head coach Mike McLaughlin has a rebuilding process in front of him 1 - Navy Classic (Annapolis, Md.) after just two wins in his inaugural campaign.
