Due to a limited supply, this Bank was unable to distribute the pamphlets earlier. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Amendments to Regulation DD were distributed in Notice 93-40 and in slip-sheet form in Notice 93-95. No amendments to Regulation F and Regulation D have been distributed.
