MEMO To the participants of the expedition of Trekking Mount Abu, India 1. Place of Expedition 1.1. Participant need to reach Abu Road on the Day 1 before 8:00 am*. 1.2. Travelling expense from their place to Abu Road City and vice versa is borne by the participants. 1.3. Transfers from Railway station and Bus Stop are on us. 1.4. The camp is located on the bank of the river West Banas, near the village Bharja, 7 km from the Abu Road Railway and Bus Station. 1.5. The expedition part one is being carried out from the Gurushikhar to The Abandoned hinterland village Shergaon (Mount Abu hill). 1.6. The expedition part two produced from camp location to the hinterland fort of descended of King Bhoja, located in dense hill forest of Bandiyagarh. 1.7. Range of air temperature drop in the area of Expedition in the period when it is being carrying out: at night 2 - 18 o C, in the daytime 18 - 45o C. * Contact +91-9828393008 for any query. 2. Participants of the Expedition are obliged: 2.1. to undergo introductory and initial briefings containing the norms and rules of labor protection and safety precautions, internal labor regulations, labor discipline and in-house mode in the camp and on site, safety of life, actions in case of accidents, disasters and natural disasters, as well as familiarize themselves with the provisions of local regulations of the Expedition, - immediately after arriving to the Expedition's camp; 2.2. the passage of briefings is confirmed by a personal signature in the coaching registers; 2.3. pass the procedure for checking the knowledge obtained by passing the relevant tests; 2.4. conclude a contract for participation in the Expedition (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"); 2.5. to guarantee the reliability of information previously provided about themselves, including medical documents; 2.6. to be vaccinated against Covid-19 before arrival in the Expedition; 2.7. comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Organizations, other regulatory legal acts and local regulations of the Expedition, fulfill the 1 obligations assumed under the Treaty, orders and requests of the Expedition Head, appointed persons and managers; 2.8. to realize that the site of the Expedition is a place of increased danger to life and health of people due to difficult natural conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, prolonged bad weather, low and high air temperatures, severe weather changes), the possibility of natural fires, floods and other natural disasters, difficult to access swampy terrain, the presence of dangerous insects (including mites), wild animals and poisonous reptiles; 2.9. take into account the risk factors for your life and health during your stay in the Expedition: traumatic danger in the production of works, being in the camp and transportation, fire hazard (especially when smoking and breeding fire outside specially designated places), dangerous consequences of the use of narcotic and psychotropic drugs, alcohol, beer are completely prohibited, effects health of natural conditions in the area of the Expedition; 2.10. bear full responsibility for their life and health during their participation in the Expedition, as well as for failure to comply with the requirements for participants of the Expedition during the period of the Expedition; 2.11. be aware that failure to comply with the above requirements entails the termination of the Agreement for participation in the Expedition and the exclusion of the person who committed such non-fulfillment from the Expedition participants (at this, no refund will be entertained, also immediate release from the Expedition to the place of his residence is paid for by himself at his own expense). 3. Conditions of living in the Expedition camp 3.1. Accommodation of participants of the Expedition is organized in multi-seat tents or huts or in community halls whatever according to weather condition. 3.2. The accommodation of men and women is organized separately. 3.3. Accommodation is equipped with mattresses and blankets. 3.4. During Expedition there will be no mobile network. 3.5. There is medical care kit available in case of Emergency. 3.6. There will be three meals in a full day. 3.7. Provision is made for drinking water for participants of the Expedition in the camp, on the site or in excursions. 3.8. All local transfers from site to excursions or arrival or departure are provided in standard conveyance. 2 4. Conditions of rest for Expedition participants 4.1. In the off-hours for participants of the Expedition, classes, lectures, meditation session and circles on interests and other activities are provided in accordance with the approved Plan. 4.2. At the disposal of participants of the Expedition there are cultural events, access to which is organized in accordance with the provisions of the schedule. 5. A member of the Expedition must have: - ID Proof in Original (preferably packed in a sealed container or bag); - Medical certificate of the established sample; - Certificate on preventive vaccination against Covid-19; - Funds in the amount necessary for their own needs during the period of their participation in the Expedition; - First-aid kit with medicines for individual diseases; - Protection against sunburn; - Means of protection against insects (mosquitoes, etc.); - Mobile phone with charger; - clothes and shoes for work- based on the above temperature range (underwear, thermal underwear (optional), socks, swimming trunks (bathing suits), shirts (preferably light with long sleeves), shirts, strong long trousers, jacket or overalls, polyethylene raincoat, gloves (optional), light hat (cap, baseball cap, bandana, hat or panama with fields), high shoes for work, sneakers or gumshoes (sandals, or other light footwear) for sports and leisure. - personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorants, shampoos, creams, dry and wet napkins, cotton ears, towels, comb, other personal care products), - for the entire duration of the Expedition; - Food appliances: bowl, mug, spoon, fork, folding penknife - (optional – as the participants of the Expedition will be provided with disposable dishes); - Notepad, pen, pencil; - Sunglasses (optional); - a flashlight (preferably head torch); - a backpack tactical (or other convenient container for transportation of things necessary in the place of production and on excursions); - books, games, musical instruments (optional); - communicators, navigators, watches, compasses and other devices, mechanisms, gadgets, chargers and batteries are taken at the request of the Expedition participant. -Face Masks and Sanitizers - Rain Coat 3 6. A participant of an expedition is strictly forbidden to have with them: - narcotic, psychotropic and other funds banned for free circulation in India, alcoholic beverages and beer; - weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable and explosive objects, other objects and substances banned to free circulation in India; - literature, other propaganda materials mentioning organizations and individuals banned in India. 7.
