Dunbar & East Linton Area partnership FOR YOUR COMMUNITY We will work in partnership to achieve an even more prosperous, safe and sustainable East Lothian, with a dynamic and thriving economy that enables our people and communities to flourish D&EL AREA PLAN 2018-22. Upgrade of West Barns Village Hall Encourage increased use of active modes Roads, pavement and pathway of travel. upgrades Our communities are supported to enable Clearance of Blackbull Close people to make healthy choices and Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions maintain a healthy lifestyle and Hungry Hatch vulnerable /isolated people are Resurface Cliff Top Path supported.
