The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. Horizontal wood banding and trim. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and Six gabled with flared eaves dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Diamond pane-light casements. Also 1/1, 6/1 and 8/1 wood double-hung windows, and fixed picture windows. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers.
