Have you ever wondered how the day starts for our buses? At 3am most people are safely tucked up in bed, but not our buses! At this time our first vehicle departs the garage and the rest of our buses follow. Our busiest period is between 5am - 7am, as most of our fleet leaves the garage to start the day and cover the morning rush hour. Once the morning peak is over the day shift jumps into action. Buses that were needed to cover the peak period return to garage. Some vehicles may need small jobs completing - such as repairs or a deep clean - before they are required to serve during the afternoon rush, so we use this time to get this work carried out whilst the majority of our engineering and cleaning teams are on site.
