Requirements for a participant: − An undergraduate (in your third or final year of a Bachelor’s programme) or full-time post- graduate student (Master's or PhD programme) − Evidence of strong academic performance is preferred, e.g. Grade Point Average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or at least 4.0 on a 5.0 scale − Good knowledge of the area selected for independent project activities − Willingness to embrace challenges How to you prepare for the selection process? When submitting your application, take seriously the answers to open questions. Top three interview questions: - What skills do you have? - What are your academic achievements? - What projects have you worked on and what tasks would you like to perform during the internship? Your answers will help us to assess your motivation and professional experience. The application will be carefully reviewed by heads of departments when selecting candidates for a face-to-face interview. If you have no work experience, try to tell us about your most relevant experience and knowledge. Prior to the interview, we will check your knowledge in the selected area during a phone interview and the face-to-face interview. At the interview, you can ask questions about the tasks you will be undertaking, the internship schedule and the opportunities for future development. If you are invited to several interviews within the Group, take note of the varying tasks and internship terms to help you make your final choice. Where does the internship take place? The internship takes place in the cities where ERG’s entities operate, i.e. Pavlodar, Aksu, Ekibastuz, Rudny, Aktobe, Khromtau, Shymkent, Almaty, Nur-Sultan. What is the phone interview process? If you have applied for an internship and meet all selection criteria, you will be invited to a phone interview, which will last for a maximum of 10 minutes.
