A subsidiary of COMO Group, Club 21 has a large global presence with 3,800 employees across four continents and over 250 brands across nearly 400 stores in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Invigor will integrate its proprietary Advertising and Loyalty technology offerings into the WeChat Pay platform targeting customers, predominantly Chinese tourists, which redeem these offers when shopping at Club 21 stores in Singapore. Invigor will earn a share of transaction revenue from the payments and also when sales are redeemed from these advertising and loyalty offerings. In Singapore, the WeChat Pay Advertising and Loyalty offering will be rolled out to all of Club 21 stores (40) in Singapore located in iconic shopping and tourist precincts including the Four Seasons Hotel, the Hilton Hotel, ION Orchard, Paragon, Takashimaya and Marina Bay Sands. Brands represented by Club 21 include Armani Exchange, Paul Smith, Dolce & Gabbana, Lanvin, Mulberry, DKNY, Donna Karan, Bao Bao, Issey Miyake, Calvin Klein and COMME DES GARCONS. Invigor Group Limited ABN: 75 081 368 274 Level 16, 56 Pitt Street Tel: +61 2 8251 9600 Sydney, NSW 2000 This agreement is a major development for Invigor as it illustrates that leading brands with large physical store networks are integrating with online payment and loyalty platforms – online-to-offline (O2O) commerce – to drive increased sales. Invigor and Winning Group are now starting to drive scale into their Loyalty and Payments operations across Asia. It also reflects the growing scale for the Company’s footprint in Singapore, and partnerships such as these will deliver higher margin revenues given proprietary Advertising and Loyalty technology is being integrated into the WeChat Pay platform. Invigor CEO, Gary Cohen said: “This is without doubt a major coup for Invigor Group and demonstrates the value that respected brands and retailers see in our integrated Advertising, Loyalty and Payments offering. “Club 21 and its parent COMO Group is a clear leader in many of the sectors in which it operates. They recognise the value of getting their O2O commerce strategy right, and that’s what our integrated WeChat Pay offering helps them achieve. It’s without doubt one of Invigor’s most promising developments to date. “The roll-out to stores is now occurring and Invigor is also working on further deployments with Club 21 including signing on more locations. Other major retailers outside of Club 21 are also being pursued and close to signing. The Company will also explore future opportunities to work with Club 21 on new initiatives including Shopper Insights and customer relationship management (CRM) opportunities. – ENDS – For further information, please contact: Gary Cohen CEO +61 2 8251 9600 [email protected] Released through: Ben Jarvis, Six Degrees Investor Relations: +61 (0) 413 150 448 About Invigor Group Invigor Group (ASX: IVO) is a B2B data intelligence and solutions company that turns data analytics into dollars for the retail and service industries.
