The term includes the aggregate weight of any 11 mixture, solution, or other substance containing a controlled 12 substance. 13 (6)AA"Controlled substance analogue" means: 14 (A)AAa substance with a chemical structure 15 substantially similar to the chemical structure of a controlled 16 substance in Schedule I or II or Penalty Group 1, 1-A, [or] 2, or 17 2-A;
