<p>Precedent at Stony Creek HOA</p><p>Architectural Requirements for the Installation of Awnings</p><p>April 2015</p><p>Per the Precedent at Stony Creek Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee have approved the installation of motorized awning.</p><p>Specifications include the following items:</p><p>1. Per Sunsetter Awnings color chart, only solid colors are allowed. Those colors are Nutmeg Tweed, Marine Tweed, and Charcoal Tweed. Any change to the existing colors will require an approval from the Architectural Committee.</p><p>2. All awnings must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to installation.</p><p>3. Homeowners assume all responsibilities for the installation. Any damage to the building will be the responsibility of the homeowner to correct.</p><p>4. Contractor must be insured and provide proof on insurance prior to installation.</p><p>5. Homeowner must provide maintenance to the awning on a regular basis to maintain its’ integrity.</p><p>6. Removal of the awning, the owner must return the structure to the original condition.</p><p>7.
