<p> Azle Hornet Booster Club 6 October 2014 Meeting Minutes</p><p>Members present: Michelle King, Greg Riddle, Kathy Townsend, Tina Clay, Lorraine and Rod Miller, Heather Germany, Kim and Jeff Edwards, Deana Lance, Rena Leaman, Eric and Holly Gum, Teresa Posten, Michelle Hobbs, Ryan Redding, Anastasia Davidson, Mark Castillo, Hollie Brazell and Devon Dorris.</p><p>Meeting Business: Eric Gum motioned to open the meeting. Deana Lance second the motion. Meeting called to order at 6:03 pm.</p><p>Minutes from 9/29/14 were presented; Rod Miller motioned to accept, Greg Riddle second the motion.</p><p>Homecoming-Teresa Posten-sign painting 5pm Wednesday Parade on the 13th-need parents at 4pm to decorate floats and bring water. Parade begins at 6pm Locker decorating-Wednesday for Freshman and JV-Thursday for Varsity.</p><p>Concession stand –need help. Friday nights need most help. Deana Lance will help Kathy Townsend with names of parents to help. </p><p>Charter buses-Devon Dorris-school district will pay $750. towards charter fee. This is what they would have paid for school bus.</p><p>Financial-Michelle Hobbs presented report. Balance $31610.99 Available balance $19878.36 Wrestling $800.</p><p>Schedule change-Freshman white SGP High at 5:30 Freshman green at Memorial Stadium JV green 5:30 at WF High, white at 7pm vs Aledo Mark Castillo appointed Ernest Brazell as concession stand manager. Michelle King stepped down as Secretary-Hollie Brazell will fill in.</p><p>Greg Riddle motioned to close the meeting at 6:43 pm with Kathy Townsend second the motion. Next meeting in 2 weeks, 20 October-6pm, due to homecoming.</p>
