If there is no discussion an email vote will take place by 10:00 a.m. Tuesday March 4. Hearing none, Linda McFadden made a motion to appoint Ryan Griffin to the Board. Rich Wendt seconded. 0 opposed. Motion carried to appoint Ryan Giffin to the Board. </p>
