Rob called meeting to order. </p><p>APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM  Reviewed & approved minutes from September 15, 2011 LAST MEETING </p><p>SITE UPDATES Malton . Mary indicated an ‘on-light’ is required for the site. Rob Olson . Emergency Map to be posted by each exit. Mary</p><p>Oakville  A few leaks need to be taken care of. Other than that no other issues.  Windows have been successfully replaced. </p><p>Brampton South  Ongoing drainage issues in the bathroom need to be Rob Olson / Neela G. addressed. </p><p>Brampton East  Interior care replaced all the bulbs.  Ceiling tiles need to be replaced - Taher to notify the cleaners. Taher MD Abu  Bathroom: Urinal & pipe needs to be replaced. Rob Olson / Antonina</p><p>Parliament Ann Luedeke  Notify cleaners to remove garbage daily to avoid smell. </p><p>Sussex Centre – 3rd & 4th Floor  Everything running smoothly.  Exit procedure during a fire alarm to be discussed with White Rob Olson Rock. Sussex Centre – 2nd Floor  Leaks in some offices – need to be taken care of. Rob Olson  Site audits now up to date. </p><p>Don Mills  Cockroach issue in the offices. The area has been sprayed. Rob advised to notify staff to keep food out of offices. </p><p>OTHER BUSINESS  New PDF fill able forms to be developed. Rob / Grace / Rabia  Updated site plans with seats & names to be submitted for each site by January 2012. </p><p> EMERGENCY MANUALS: </p><p>Title: “Emergency Preparedness Plan Additions: Designated ‘Safe Areas’ to be named in the plan. A safe area should be within the facility and a designated individual should be responsible for staying with individuals who may have accessibility issues. There should be 4 back-ups to the designated person. A safe area should be accessible to the fire department and be close to an exit. </p><p>CO-CHAIR Committee to select co-chair. Ann Luedeke volunteered and selected. </p><p>NEXT MEETING Next meeting will be scheduled in March 2012 at Parliament Street. </p><p>ADJOURNMENT  Robert Olson motioned to adjourn the meeting.  Mary seconded the motion. </p>
