<p> Senior Prom - Class of 2015</p><p>I hereby give permission for my child (print name) ______to attend the Senior Prom at The Hamilton Manor on June 5 th , 2015 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. An hors d’oeuvre buffet will be available upon arrival. I understand that my son/daughter will be chaperoned by the teaching staff and administration of Ewing High School and agree to the following conditions:</p><p>All school rules are in effect. Any violations of school policies will be subject to the EHS discipline code, removal from the dance with no refund of money, and forfeiture of attendance at future EHS events including graduation. Any non-Ewing High School guest must adhere to the school rules. Lewd or vulgar dancing, as determined by the chaperoning staff, will not be allowed. Students may be asked to leave if it continues after being warned. Each guest must be included on the permission slip. Ewing High School will allow guests from outside the school to attend the event with prior permission from EHS administration. All guests must be under the age of 21 and have photo identification. If the guest is a student who attends another high school, he/she must have photo identification to present at the event. All guests are subject to all rules and regulations of the event. All EHS students must have an I.D. Students will not be admitted after 7:30pm. Once a student leaves The Hamilton Manor they will not be readmitted into the dance.</p><p>Portrait packages will be available from American Candids. A photographer will be present to take portraits during the reception hour (6:30pm to 8:00pm) and to take candid photos during the evening. All portraits will be mailed directly to the school within a week of the event. All candids will be posted online at http://www.americancandids.com within 24 hours of the event & can be accessed using the password provided by the photographer. CONOVER). IF A REPLACEMENT CANNOT BE FOUND, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. No tickets will be sold after Wednesday, May 20th at 3pm.
