<p>BlackBerry Setup your BlackBerry device to connect to Microsoft Exchange mailbox. </p><p>During Upgrade: Your mobile device may indicate that it cannot connect to Microsoft Exchange.</p><p>After Upgrade:</p><p>Remove Account 1. Go to E-mail Setup icon located on the home screen 2. Highlight and select the "Email Accounts" link to view a list of email accounts registered to your phone. 3. Highlight and select the email account connected to your work email. This opens a new page where you'll have the option to delete the account from your phone. 4. Click "Delete" and confirm deletion when the dialog box prompts you.</p><p>Create New Account </p><p>1. From the BlackBerry home screen, click BlackBerry Setup > Set up Internet E-mail > Add An Email Account. 2. Type your e-mail address and password, and then click Next. 3. 4. Your BlackBerry will try to set up your e-mail account automatically. 5. Click OK to complete the setup. </p>
