<p> Mirror Gazing Questionnaire </p><p>This questionnaire is looking at your experiences and feelings when you were looking at yourself in mirrors over the past month.</p><p>DEFINITIONS</p><p>I. A “long session” in front of the mirror is defined as the longest continuous time during the day that you spend in front of the mirror. An example would be spending 20 minutes in front of the mirror every morning when you are getting ready for the day and performing activities like brushing your hair, or checking your overall appearance. </p><p>II. This is in contrast to a “short session” in front of the mirror, which is defined as just briefly (i.e. half a minute) checking your appearance in the mirror in passing. </p><p>1.
