The applicant is seeking information in respect of 1. List of Lower Division Clerks, who have passed Computer Proficiency Test and completed 5 year s of service as on 31.03.2014. 2. List of Lower Division Clerks belonging to SC/ST Community, who have passed computer proficiency tes and completed 5 years of service as on 31.03.2014. 3. What action taken for implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 4. How many review DPCs have been convened for implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 5. Please supply copies (Hard & Soft Copies) of Review DPCs Orders issued on implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 6. If Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010 is not implemented and Review DPCs are not convened please inform reasons for not implementing the Office Memorandum issued by the Government of India. 7.
