Maheshwar Raj, House NO. 18-05-806, Laldarwaza-Falaknuman (PO) Hyderabad- 500053 has made an application dated 30.07.2014 addressed to the CPIO, O/O Commissioner of Central Excise, Ahmedabad-III, Gujarat which was received by this office on 05.09.2014. The applicant is seeking information in respect of 1. List of Lower Division Clerks, who have passed Computer Proficiency Test and completed 5 year s of service as on 31.03.2014. 2. List of Lower Division Clerks belonging to SC/ST Community, who have passed computer proficiency tes and completed 5 years of service as on 31.03.2014. 3. What action taken for implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 4. How many review DPCs have been convened for implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 5. Please supply copies (Hard & Soft Copies) of Review DPCs Orders issued on implementation of Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010. 6. If Government of India Office Memorandum No.36012/45/2005-Estt. (Res.) dated 10.08.2010 is not implemented and Review DPCs are not convened please inform reasons for not implementing the Office Memorandum issued by the Government of India. 7. Pleas inform the names and designation of Cadre Controlling Authorities (Cadre wise) during the period from 10.08.2010 to 29.07.2014.</p><p>2.
