<p>Director </p><p>Purpose</p><p>Purpose: Responsible for direct oversight of Enterprise Development main office staff and registration team, Continuing Education and Conference Services. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day smooth, productive, and fiscally sound operation of all assigned areas. Essential Functions</p><p>Function 1: Serve as the Director for Front Office Operations. Oversee the daily operations of DED's main office and registration staff to support ongoing growth in Enterprise Development programs. Responsible for developing/implementing appropriate procedures to increase productivity. Develop and maintain budget for this cost center 30 % Time Function 2: Serve as the Director of Open Enrollment Continuing Education. Oversee the daily operation of the open enrollment CE courses including class scheduling, instructor management, marketing, program/course compliance, and fiscal management. Responsible for developing programs and business opportunities to ensure continued growth of the Open Enrollment business unit. Maintain fiscal solvency of the business unit. Responsible for developing new professional certificate programs. 30 % Time Function 3: Serve as the Director of Conference Services and oversee its daily operation. Responsible for developing business opportunities to ensure continued growth of the Conferences business unit. Maintain fiscal solvency of the business unit.
