<p> AIA SHARED SERVICES (HONG KONG) LIMITED</p><p>SUMMER INTERN (GROUP TECHNOLOGY)</p><p>Candidates will be assigned to different teams within Group Technology Department according to their skill set.</p><p>(A) Account & Contract Management </p><p>This incumbent is to provide execution and administrative support to Group Technology strategic initiatives</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:  Support the preparation and execution of Group Technology communication activities to internal stakeholders, e.g. service handbook, Group Technology site launch, newsletter, etc.  Prepare and edit the content of Group Technology communication materials  Prepare ad-hoc analysis report, compilation of financial or operational data per request</p><p>Job Requirements:  Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field  2+ years of relevant experience  Familiar with MS office – proficient in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word  Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese  Responsible, detail oriented and good organization skills</p><p>(B) Technical Services</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:  Enforce the configuration management process and update the system inventory  Assist on the filing system of shared technical documents enhancement for easy access and use  Assist on validation the income report against inventory record and service catalog to ensure correctness  Assist on setup / configuration of system monitoring solution and enhance its housekeeping mechanism  Assist on new product / patch evaluation and preparation of installation procedure or user guide.  Develop shell scripts / batch programs to enhance automation of support tasks  Assist in collection / preparation of system statistics for reporting purpose  If needed, conduct research in infrastructure technology and prepare reports for management  If needed, provide infrastructure technology product evaluation, documentation and proof of concept for assigned projects  If needed, cooperate with vendor to achieve the expected deliverables in timely manner  If needed, collect requirements from internal and external sources and perform data analysis for management decision</p><p>Job Requirements:  Ability to use Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Project, Visio  Good English written and verbal communication skills  Well organized  Creative and innovative  Willing to work hard and ability to deliver results under time pressure</p><p>(C) Infrastructure Operations – IT Operation</p><p>This incumbent is to provide assistance on End-User Services team for daily operation</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:  Review and revise all related documentations  First-level support on both desktop hardware & software problem  Installation of new Printer, PC hardware and software  PC HW, printer re-configuration and SW re-installation due to office relocation  Provide Microsoft office, business productivity tools consulting and support  Provide AIA connect VPN client, mobile device and Internet access support </p><p>4/4/2018 1 Job Requirements:  Minimum of a Bachelor Degree on Computer Science or related discipline. </p><p>(D) Technology Risk – Compliance</p><p>The job holder will assist the Compliance section of Technology Risk (TR) in carrying out tasks relate to policies and standard revision and library maintenance, and baseline requirements on personal data protection from Group’s perspective to fulfill regulatory requirements in AIA operating countries and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:  Assist to revise IT policies and standards  Assist to set up an internal library repository of IT policies and standard for on-going purpose  Conduct research on privacy regulatory requirements in AIA operating countries  Conduct research on security requirements published in PCI DSS  Assist to develop a matrix outlining the protection requirements on personal / PII data based on the research results  Assist to develop Group’s IT security requirements on personal / PII data </p><p>Job Requirements:  Post-graduate student in related subject areas  Possessed basic legal educational training and/or familiar with legal terminologies</p><p>(E) Project Management Services</p><p>This incumbent is to assist and support the Data Centre Strategy Project from project management and administration perspectives.</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:  Under Project Manager’s guidance, provide assistance and support to the followings:  Project data compilation and consolidation  Project documents organization and filing  Preparation of documents, reports, and/or presentation materials  Project coordination</p><p>Job Requirements:  Good analytical, communication (both spoken and written) skills.  Knowledge on information technology is definitely an advantage.  Can work under pressure and willing work extra time if required.  Open-minded and
