Discuss any concerns related to mother’s health and wellness, encouraging her to contact her healthcare provider.  Ask mother for the date of her scheduled prenatal visit with her healthcare provider. If she is unable to provide the date, support her in making the appropriate appointment.</p><p>Parenting  Present as anticipatory guidance o Preparing the Siblings for the New Baby (if appropriate for family) o Preparing the Family Pet for the New Baby (if appropriate for family)  Present as anticipatory guidance o You and Your Pediatrician o Tub Bathing a Newborn o Circumcision: Information for Parents o Care of the Uncircumcised Penis  Promote breastfeeding as a feeding choice. For mothers who choose to breastfeed, present Ten Tips on How Dad Can Help with the Baby</p><p>Child Development  Present Parents As Teachers: Prenatal 3 o Discussion Points .
