<p>University of Wisconsin Oshkosh - Bachelor of Applied Studies in Fire and Emergency Response Management</p><p>The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement, is offering a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Fire and Emergency Response Management (FERM). The program is designed for adult learners that currently have an associate degree in fire protection, fire science, wild land firefighting, paramedic technician or emergency management and have a desire to continue their education.</p><p>All courses are offered online in an accelerated, 7 week format and are eligible for financial aid</p><p>The Bachelor of Applied Studies in Fire and Emergency Response Management emphasizes:</p><p> Leadership  Personnel Management  Conflict Resolution  Oral & Written Communication  Administrative Law  Budgeting & Finance</p><p>Degree/General Requirements:</p><p>The Fire and Emergency Response Management degree requires completion of 120 credits. This is made up of core courses within the major and general education coursework. With an approved Associate degree, students may receive a block of 45 credits and additional credits for any general education courses completed.
