Guide to Accessing WEAVE As a Guest

<p>Guide to accessing the WEA’s Moodle site WEAVE as a Guest</p><p>1. Click the link to a module on Weave.</p><p>2. On the Weave login screen, click the “Login as a guest” button.</p><p>3. Enter the enrolment key / password (for Intersectionality modules it’s “Intersection”) into the “Password” box then click the “Submit” button.</p><p>4. On the course page for the module scroll down and click the “E-Learning” heading then click the title of the e-learning module. It will open in a new window.</p><p>5. Click the “Enter” button and the module will open.</p><p>6. In the menu of coloured squares, click the “View” button of the section / page you wish to view.</p><p>7. When you’ve finished a section / page, click the Back arrow icon at top left to return to the menu of coloured squares.</p><p>8. Either:</p><p> Click the “View” button of the next section / page you wish to view, or</p><p> Exit the module by clicking the “X” of the window or tab in which the module is running in your web browser.</p><p>9. To exit the course page on WEAVE, click the “X” of its window or tab, or click the “Equality, Diversity and Inclusion” course category in the breadcrumbs trail across the top of the course page and try one of the other Intersectionality modules.</p><p>Please note:</p><p>The full functionality of WEAVE is only available to those for whom the WEA has created login credentials. If you’re viewing modules as a Guest, you will not be able to complete an Evaluation Form for a module, nor will you receive a Certificate or Badge.</p><p>Created by tburrell 14th September 2015 Page 1 of 1</p>
