<p> 2016 Frontier Western Celebration Arts & Crafts Fair August 6th, 2016 8am to 2pm @ East Park</p><p>Rules & Regulations  Park placement request can be made, but may not be honored.  We are not responsible for any injuries, damages or thefts sustained during the event.  Electricity for booth space is available per request for an additional $10.  Manufactured items are allowed with prior approval.  Sales tax is the responsibility of the Vendor.  Food vendors must present a copy of their Kansas Food License before and during the event.  Food vendors must be compliant with Kansas Department of Agriculture standards.  No refunds will be issued because of weather.  All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 8am on the day of the Arts and Crafts Fair. Set up may begin at 6:30am. Break down can start no sooner than 2pm and must be complete by 4pm. You are responsible for making sure your rental space is clean and trash-free.  Vehicles or trailers will be allowed on the park property during set up, dependent upon prior and current weather conditions.</p><p>Registration  Complete application in full. Incomplete applications or errors will void the entry. Applications are due by July 20 th , 2016.  There will be a $30 fee for any returned or insufficient fund checks.  Checks for Registration should be made out to “El Dorado Main Street” and must be turned in with the registration form.  The attached Release-and-Waiver-of-Liability must be signed and turned in at the same time as registration form and fee.  Registration forms and payment may be mailed or dropped off to El Dorado Main Street – PO Box 1304, El Dorado, KS 67042.  We reserve the right to refuse any entry. If this decision is made, your entry fee will be returned. Cancellations after July 20th, 2016 will not receive refunds.  Tables, Tents, Chairs, Fans or other booth accessories will not be provided by the Festival.
