Forgiveness Policy Trumps the Grade Replacement Policy

From: Anderson, Angela R. Sent: Friday, August 11, 2017 2:12 PM

Since the grade(s) of F are forgiven for the later attempts of this course, we would reinstate the credit for the D grade. So, the grade replacement policy would no longer apply (overruled by the forgiveness policy).

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Angela R. Anderson | University Registrar Office of the University Registrar at East Carolina University

Ima Student’s original grade in Intro to Neuroscatology was a D, but she repeated it twice, with an F each time. She has now been readmitted under the forgiveness policy. When the forgiveness policy is applied, will that leave her with a D in the course or no credit for the course?
