<p>FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Jan. 5, 2017</p><p>Omaha VA Medical Center to Host Nursing Career Fair, Jan. 19</p><p>OMAHA, Neb. — VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System is hosting a nursing career fair from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., Jan. 19, in the Education Conference Room at the Omaha VA Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Ave. Many career nursing opportunities are available for registered and licensed practical nurses, and nurse practitioners in areas that include medical surgical, simulation instructor, inpatient mental health and primary care. From tuition assistance to nursing leadership programs, VA helps nurses develop the skills that will last a lifetime. VA offers nurses a competitive compensation and a great benefits package.
