<p>Time Alert 2013-38 Issued 12.13.2013</p><p>Please distribute this alert to any users within your agency who are responsible for time administration.</p><p>New Data Entry Profiles for Seasonal Employees (Revenue ONLY) </p><p> Information regarding Data Entry Profiles for Seasonal Employees </p><p>Two new CATS data entry profiles have been created to allow the entry of absences for non- permanent seasonal employees (Tax Season Clerk and Tax Season Clerk Typist). The profiles are:</p><p>TO-REVTX (Timekeeper/Supv-Revenue-Tax Season)</p><p>TA-REVTX (Time Advisor-Revenue-Tax Season) </p><p>In addition to attendances, these profiles will allow the entry of the following absence codes:</p><p>NPB – UnPd-NPer-Brv NPC – UnPd –Nper-Office Closing NPF – UnPd-NPer-Family Illness NPH – UnPd-NPer-Holiday NPI – UnPd-NPer-Emp Illness NPP – UnPd-NPer-Personal NPU – UnPd-NPer-Unauthorized</p><p>Note: Annuitant Tax Season Clerk/Tax Season Clerk Typists must be placed on a BASIC work schedule as the BNOHR work schedule will not calculate absence hours.</p><p>Questions?
