<p> PACE Representative Meeting 6/3/2004</p><p>Meeting Chair: Joan Drown/Diane Bingham In attendance: Kim Fultz, Jayme Gudenau, Dannette Starr, Tina Gonzalez, Marc James, Tricia Richard, Joan Drown, Joy Karavedas, Ann Keane, Merry Olsen, Teresa Odell, Megan Ruffing, Tami Sellers, Carolee Perry, Zetell Nelson, Angie Standlee, Eric Studebaker, Svetlana Schuckert, Earl James, Connie Stout and Diane Bingham  Committees Reports</p><p>. Communications- Nothing to report . Mentoring- Going well, have been mentoring some new employees. Have had some with no response, probably due to their work schedule. . Training- A tentative schedule for training days was distributed to everyone. Also a list of topics for the guest speaker, Vincent Kituku. Please look over the list, take back to departments and email Shannon Palmer with suggestions.  Training Days Update</p><p>. Volunteers needed for Training Days (stickers). Attending 4 out of 5 sessions will make you eligible for the drawings.  In-Service . A tentative date has been scheduled for Tuesday September 14th, at 7:30 to 10:30 am. This might be a good date due to registration slowing down and Matrix people could attend. A vote was taken on this date and it was approved.  Other Business</p><p>. PACE may do a Fun Run/Walk in September. No date set. . PACE PFI is being worked on. Will try to have ready next meeting. . CSI Child Care Center has openings for children. Open to all faculty and staff to enroll their children this summer. . Activities for kids this summer. Junior Science Camp, 3rd and 4th grade, June 14 – 17th. Regular Science Camp, through 8th grade, is August 2 – 6th. . B wing of the dorm has been having lots of remodeling done. Will open up lots of room for regular students. . It was asked if we should limit the PACE meetings for the summer due to attendance. If we limit the meetings, we limit communication.
