<p>Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,</p><p>The students in the Senior Choir of Armadale Primary School have been invited to perform at the Kelmscott Show.</p><p>Details of the event:</p><p>Date: Saturday 18th October 2014 (weekend after the first week back at school) Place: Kelmscott Show – Rushton Park, River Rd, Kelmscott (Main stage – top oval) Times: 12:15pm arrive next to the Top Oval Stage and warm up, perform at 12:45pm, finish at approximately 1:10pm The choir will be required from 12:15pm until approximately 1:10pm.</p><p>Cost: All performers will have free entry into the show. Other show entry costs are as follows – Adults $15, Seniors and Concessions $8, Children aged 5 to14 $8, and children under 5 free.</p><p>If you are unable to attend the show as a family it would be appreciated if possible car-pooling options were explored to ensure a good representation of the choir at the event. It is also possible to arrange a drop off/pick up at the main gate (River Road next to the hall) at a specified time if an adult is unable to attend with the student (to be met there and picked up from a designated adult – this MUST be pre-arranged so please let me know if this is necessary).</p><p>We will be performing 4 songs: Africa, I can see clearly now, I wanna be like you and Paint you a song (see the music flower website to practise at home - www.musicflower.wikispaces.com)</p><p>Attire and meeting place: All students are to wear full school uniform and meet at 12:15pm next to the Main Stage - top oval (please enquire at the show gates for directions). </p><p>Please ensure you have your dark blue display folder with all the choir music in it, in the performance order stated above.</p><p>Parent/Guardian - Please complete and return the slip below to reflect your child’s attendance ASAP.</p><p>Bree Hartley Music Specialist</p><p>—————— ✂ —————— —————— ✂ —————— —————— ✂ ——————</p><p>Please complete and return by Thursday 25th September (Week 10, Term 3), to class teachers.
