If there is not enough space on this form, please attach another sheet, do not write on the back of this sheet.</p><p>QGGH Members will be on duty during judging and show hours and the premises will be locked during non-show hours. Every effort will be made to insure the safety of your work while in QGGH care, but no responsibility for loss or damage to entries will be assumed by QGGH, its officers, agents or volunteers.
