The goal of this proposal is to select a qualified consultant to work with City Staff to implement the project. This project includes the field verification of the location of each tree within the City’s rights-of-way and City-owned property (based on Aerial and GIS data provided) and assessing the condition of each tree.</p><p>Statement of Qualifications and Estimate of Fees, as required by the City’s RFQ package, shall be sealed, mailed or delivered, to the attention of Mr. Wes Rogers, Senior Environmental Planner, at 330 Town Center Avenue, Suwanee, GA 30024 prior to 3:00 p.m. local time September 16, 2009. Provide a total of six (6) bound hard copies, one (1) unbound hard copy and one (1) electronic version of the proposal. Submittals received after the established deadline will not be considered. Faxed submissions will not be accepted.</p><p>The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals, waive technicalities and informalities, change scope of work, and amend said Request for Qualifications as desired by the City.
