Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the 21 20182019 annual general appropriations act, a local government 22 may be reimbursed for the cleanup costs associated with Hurricane 23 Matthew only if the cleanup project is completed by January 1, 24 2018. 25 26 SECTION 2.
