Welcome and Overview</p><p>II. Updates & Going Forward Update on NCATE, NCDPI, and UNC Tomorrow – program revisions - NC State will be placing 300 student teachers and 80 MAT in schools next year</p><p>III. Field Placements Process Discussion of Field Placement process – Dr. Maher discussed the information session that NC State University is sponsoring April 29. Assistant principals provided feedback. Schools can make recommendations for cooperating teachers Office of Professional Education will grow list of schools and cooperating teachers. Our office will be working with more than 1000 student teacher and field placements in the next two years. </p><p>IV. Diversity Placement Michael Maher presented evaluation form for the collection of diverse populations by NCSU student teachers – principals made suggestions</p><p>V. Feedback</p>
