<p> 7th and 8th Grade Enrichment Philadelphia Theater Trip</p><p>The 7th and 8th grade enrichment students will be venturing into Philadelphia on Thursday, May 21, 2015 for a fun-filled day of cultural experiences. We will be having lunch at the Reading Terminal Market and then will venture to the Academy of Music for the 2pm production of the Broadway Musical “The Lion King”. We have reserved 60 tickets and at this time many of you expressed an interest in joining us for the day. Most of the tickets have been spoken for but we still have a few (3) remaining.</p><p>We have secured outside transportation services, a school bus, so that we can move about the city if we experience inclement weather. It will also be at the front entrance immediately following the show to bring the students home. The bus holds a total of 52 passengers. We will have three staff members and a total of forty-five students. This will leave room for four parent chaperones to join the class on the bus. If you are interested in joining us for the day the train is a convenient mode of transportation and the Market Street East Station will bring your right to the Reading Terminal Market. If we have an abundance of parents who express an interest in the trip we may have to engage in a lottery for the bus.</p><p>The final cost will be determined by the number of tickets sold and the final number of students and chaperones that will take the bus. I am estimating that the trip will be $50-$55 per person. At this time please send in $20 PER TICKET so we can send in a deposit and secure the tickets. The final balance will be communicated and full payment is DUE BY 12/2/14.
