Thank you. Booking Form Academic year 2017 - 2018</p><p>Cancellation Policy</p><p>Bookings will be invoiced for at the point of signed confirmation. If you should need to cancel your visit, the following applies:</p><p>Cancellation in writing more than 6 weeks before the planned activity will incur no fee and you will receive a full refund.</p><p>Cancellation 4 – 6 weeks before the activity will incur a fee of 40% and the balance will be refunded.</p><p>Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the planned visit will incur a 60% charge.</p><p>Wherever possible, we will endeavour to be flexible and support you with rescheduling or rearranging your group activity to ensure that neither your school/group nor the Kingswood Trust is faced with a financial loss.</p><p>Please note that we charge based on standard group sizes of 30, 45 and 60. If your group size is less than 30 on booking, please indicate on the booking form and possible options can be discussed with you in advance. </p>
