<p>2014 Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award Information</p><p>The Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award program will be held on Saturday, April 26 in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Room 356-357 from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Clinicians will be at their posterboards during this time to answer questions about their research. </p><p>The schedule is:</p><p>Saturday, April 26, 2014 9:00am-9:45am Clinician Setup – beverage service will be provided (Coffee, juice, water. etc.) 9:30am Directions given to residents regarding the judging process – please be present at this time 9:45am-11:30am Judging – you will have 10 minutes to present your research (schedule will be emailed closer to Annual Session) 1:00pm-2:00pm Open Hour – you must be at your Posterboard for the entire time period 2:00pm-2:30pm Tear down – all material must be removed no later than 2:30pm on Saturday April 26. Sunday, April 27, 2014 Noon-2:15pm Residents at Luncheon (required attendance) – you will receive a complimentary ticket for the lunch on Saturday April 26. Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award program participants receive a $750 payment to help cover travel expenses. You must attend the lunch to receive your $750 payment. Award Checks are mailed after Annual Session.</p><p>A reminder the Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award program is a Posterboard presentation only. Your research must be on a Posterboard. The tack board (corkboard) is 48" high x 96" wide (123cm x 246cm). Tacks (push pins) will be available, if needed. </p>
