<p> Jerome Lienhard</p><p>President and Chief Executive Officer SunTrust Mortgage, Inc.</p><p>Jerome Lienhard has served as SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer since March of 2011. As Chief Executive, Jerome has responsibility for the financial (P&L) contribution of the Mortgage LOB to SunTrust Banks. He oversees National Sales and Production, Mortgage Risk, Mortgage Operations, Capital Markets, the Mortgage Business Information office, Strategy and Regulatory relations. More than 4,000 SunTrust teammates are in the Mortgage organization.</p><p>The Mortgage LOB has more than 820,000 clients in its servicing portfolio, and originates more than 100,000 home loans or refinances each year. In 2012 the Legacy Mortgage organization helped more than 11,000 homeowners stay in their homes.</p><p>Jerome joined SunTrust Bank in 2006 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. As Treasurer he was responsible for all treasury activity including funding, treasury operations, portfolio management and asset liability management. Prior to joining SunTrust, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. He joined Freddie Mac after serving as corporate treasury manager for Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.</p><p>This year, Jerome chairs Housing Policy for the Financial Services Roundtable.</p><p>Jerome holds his Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and his Master’s Degree in International Finance from the University of Southern California. He is a trustee of the March of Dimes and on the Board of Directors of Virginia Union University.</p><p>Rev.04-13</p>
