<p>SGIS Cat B Girls Indoor Football Tournament Sunday November 07, 2010 Hosted by ISW</p><p>All schools are invited to the SGIS CAT B Girls Indoor football tournament for the fall of 2010. Below are all the details for the event. Formal schedules for tournament play will be sent out, once all teams have responded. </p><p>Meeting time: 08:20 Venue: Sporthalle Sagi Wiesendangen Sennhüttenstrasse 24, 8542 Wiesendangen</p><p>Please return the participation form no later than Monday, October 25th, 2010, as no entries will be accepted after this date.</p><p>TOURNAMENT DETAILS:</p><p>Date, Times and Location</p><p> CAT B Girls Sunday, November 7, 2010 o 9.00-17.00 (approx times)  All games are 7 aside.  A coaches and players meeting will be held 40 minutes prior to the start times (exact time to be decided once all entries have been finalised).  All teams should try to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the coaches meeting so the coaches meeting can begin promptly!  All coaches are expected to be at the coaches meeting; no matter what time the teams’ first game is!  All games will be played at the Sporthalle Sagi in Wiesendangen. This facility has one fullsize court, changing rooms and shower facilities.</p><p>Entries</p><p> Maximum of 10 players from each team. At least one chaperone/coach per team  CAT B: 1.9.93 – 31.8.96  If you are interested in entering two teams, please let us know…but we will not confirm second team until all first teams have been entered. Players are only eligible to play in one squad. Movement of players between squads, where a school has entered more than one team for a tournament is forbidden. If you come with a second team, and make the playoff rounds, there is to be no moving of team players, if the second team does not have a maximum of 10 players.</p><p>Please send the team roster one week before the tournament (birth dates are also needed). Any changes or updates should be made the morning of the actual tournament (illnesses, etc).</p><p>Tournament Fees</p><p>The tournament fees will be billed to the school after the event. Included in these charges will be facility rental, Samaritans, trophies, medals and referees. This will be approx between 200- 400 CHF per team, per tournament (depending on number of teams entered for each and cost of referees)</p><p>Other relevant information</p><p> Samaritans will have a station set up at the tournament.  A food kiosk will be available for players and coaches to purchase food. Players are requested to eat in the designated areas and to keep the gym and changing rooms free of litter.  Lunches can be pre-ordered and will consist of ham and cheese sandwiches (unless they have a diet that restricts them from that, and we'll make special arrangements), water bottle, apple, and plain chips.  If you need a place to stay overnight, there are a few hotels in the area but it is much more convenient to overnight in Zurich and travel up to Wiesendangen.  A separate pair of shoes MUST be worn outside the gym!!!  All playing shoes need to be non-marking soles and clean!!!  Shin guards must be worn!</p><p>If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. </p><p>Kind regards,</p><p>Shane Peter Athletic Coordinator 076 542 6322 [email protected] </p><p>SGIS Cat.
