NJ PBSIS F-BIT Parent Coordinate the Initial Meeting Interview Guide Send out the invitation / meeting information Work with administrators and teachers to ensure coverage NJ PBSIS Student Arrange meeting space Social Support Survey</p><p>Organize Information for the Initial Meeting Review interview and F-BIT information Summarize information collected into a preliminary behavior map Bring copies for team members to review Consensus Building Team Meeting Hold the Consensus Planning Meeting Flip Chart & Markers (Meeting #1) Facilitate agreement on a definition of the target behavior and student strengths Tally form for teachers Provide a summary of the preliminary behavior map to collect baseline Purpose: For the team to arrive at Map out an illustrative example using recent occurrence Excel F-BIT Summary agreement about the variables most o Display using flip chart paper Behavior Summary typically associated with the Develop a plan to collect a baseline of the target behavior Map occurrence of behavior. Collect Baseline Document occurrence of the target behavior over a two week period Recording forms for: Documentation of baseline should samples across: o Frequency Purpose: Establish a benchmark to o Time of day o Duration monitor intervention effectiveness o Teaching staff & subject areas o Interval o Days of the week o Note recording o Develop a summary of the baseline Intervention Selection Team Plan for the Intervention Meeting NJ PBSIS Intervention Meeting (Meeting #2) Finalize the behavior summary map Planner Student Develop a function of behavior statement Support Plan Template Purpose: The team comes to Select a pool of intervention strategies to propose to teachers that address the key features consensus on the selection of of the student’s behavior map function-based interventions.
